TeamSystem expands in Türkiye with two strategic acquisitions

Nef Solution, founded in 2021, provides AI-driven risk and compliance tools for financial institutions and SMEs. The company already collaborates with modefinance – another TeamSystem firm specialising in credit ratings and business intelligence. Following its 2023 acquisition of Mikrogrup, TeamSystem continues to expand its international footprint, positioning Türkiye as a strategic hub linking Europe and Asia.

TeamSystem, the Italian tech and AI company specialising in digital business management platforms, has strengthened its presence in Türkiye through two new deals completed via its subsidiary Mikrogrup. The Group has acquired 100 % of Bizim Hesap, a leading cloud-based accounting and business management platform for SMEs, and a minority stake in fintech company Nef Solution, which focuses on financial risk management and compliance.

Founded in 2013 in Istanbul, Bizim Hesap serves over 40,000 SMEs with services including e-invoicing, warehouse management and virtual POS. Founders Mehmet Çelik and Barış İnalpolat will remain with the company to ensure continuity.
“ These two acquisitions mark another step forward in our international growth strategy, further consolidating our presence in the Mediterranean area, where we have long identified Türkiye as a dynamic market with great development potential,” said Federico Leproux, CEO of TeamSystem.“ Together with the synergies that can be created with other TeamSystem platforms – and with Group companies such as modefinance – these operations reinforce our vision of an integrated ecosystem supporting digital transformation and long-term value creation for businesses and professionals.”
Göktekin Dinçerler, Head of TeamSystem Türkiye, said:“ Bizim Hesap expands our SME reach while the Nef Solution investment opens new fintech opportunities.”
Bizim Hesap’ s founders and Nef Solution’ s Derya Sarikayalar described the partnership as a milestone for growth and innovation in Türkiye’ s dynamic digital economy.

EXA Infrastructure partners with FiberSense to enhance network protection in Italy

EXA Infrastructure has partnered with FiberSense to deploy its

DigitalAsset monitoring and protection service across EXA’ s core fibre network in Italy.
The collaboration introduces real-time visibility and proactive protection to EXA’ s network, enabling early detection of potential threats such as accidental excavations, construction interference or environmental disturbances before they cause disruptions.
FiberSense’ s DigitalAsset technology transforms existing optical fibre into a network of sensors using vibration detection and AI analytics to classify activity along buried routes.
“ Protecting our network and ensuring service continuity for our customers is paramount,” said Ciaran Delaney, COO of EXA Infrastructure.“ By integrating FiberSense’ s technology, we gain new intelligence and situational awareness that lets us respond faster and prevent outages before they occur.”
The rollout in Italy forms part of EXA’ s broader strategy to strengthen resilience and automation across its 166,000-kilometre network spanning 37 countries. DigitalAsset will complement existing systems by providing continuous 24 / 7 monitoring and pinpoint geolocation of incidents, allowing operations teams to act immediately when issues arise.
“ We’ re proud to partner with EXA Infrastructure to protect one of Europe’ s most important network backbones,” said Dr Mark Englund, Founder and CEO of FiberSense.“ Our service turns fibre into an active digital sensor, helping operators ensure safer, more resilient infrastructure.”
With this deployment, EXA reinforces its position as a leader in secure, intelligent digital infrastructure across Europe. p
