Vodafone Germany expands its Wi-Fi 6 offering by deploying CommScope ’ s TG6442 DOCSIS 3.1 cable gateways customers with the ability to connect more devices to their home network .

CommScope , a global leader in home network solutions , has announced that Vodafone Germany will deploy its Touchstone TG6442 DOCSIS 3.1 cable gateways to deliver Wi-Fi 6 performance to millions of subscribers .

Launched by Vodafone Germany in January 2022 , the TG6442 gateway supports high split to meet the demand for increased upstream capacity for applications – such as video conferencing – with a switched diplexer for flexible deployment . The TG6442 gateways feature RDK-B software , enabling Vodafone Germany to improve in-home consumer applications to its large customer base .
Infor strengthens its position in the Czech Republic ’ s manufacturing sector
Infor has announced that more manufacturing companies are turning to modern manufacturing ERP solutions from Infor to digitise and increase the efficiency of their production . Tatra Trucks , Škoda Transporation and Zetor Tractors , a traditional tractor manufacturer , are among the customers of Infor ’ s industry-specific ERP systems focused on discrete manufacturing in Central and Eastern Europe ( CEE ).
Zetor Tractors has decided to deploy Infor ’ s ERP solution , which will replace multiple subsystems to centralise and digitise business processes . The company expects that the broad functionality and integration of the ERP system and complementary applications will allow its 500 employees to manage the rapidly changing demands of customers more flexibly , de-risking the current unstable environment .
