ireEye, the intelligence-led security
company, has announced the opening of
its new office in London. The modern space is
located at Angel Court in the City of London.
Evolving threats targeting UK
increase security demand
Over time, the frequency and sophistication
of cyberthreats facing UK organisations
has risen. This activity, combined with a
severe skills gap and new regulations like
GDPR, have made the job of creating and
maintaining an in-house security team more
difficult than ever before. FireEye helps
customers overcome this challenge.
“This move will have an immensely positive
impact on our ability to execute in the UK
as we now have a stunning highly functional
office in one of the world’s most important
economic and political centres,” said Kevin
Taylor, Senior Vice President, EMEA, at FireEye.
“Not only will the move help attract the UK’s
best talent to come and work for FireEye, but
it reinforces our ongoing commitment to
providing the best cyber defences. By locating
the new office to Bank in London, we can
better serve our large European and global
customers based out of the UK, as well as our
partners and prospects.”
The office will accommodate FireEye UK
staff, most of which come from the Sales,
Marketing, Systems Engineer, Consulting
and HR teams. It will also house a regional
Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) that will
provide insight and support for customers,
prospects and partners.
