PROJECT ROUND-UP

nLighten, a digital infrastructure platform developing and operating innovative edge data centers across Europe, has acquired a data center in Émerainville, Paris, from oXya, a leader in managed services and cloud solutions for businesscritical applications, including SAP. The acquisition strengthens nLighten’ s presence in one of Europe’ s most important digital hubs and advances its commitment to sustainable, regional digital infrastructure.
The Émerainville facility becomes nLighten’ s eighth site in France and expands its portfolio to more than 30 data centers across seven European markets. Located in Paris’ s eastern data center cluster, approximately one kilometer from nLighten’ s existing PAR1 facility, the site will continue to serve anchor customer oXya under a long-term master services agreement. Additional capacity will be offered to enterprise customers through channel partners, aligned with nLighten’ s retail-focused strategy.
Designed to support high-density and AI-ready deployments, the facility provides scalable infrastructure that evolves with customer needs.
Seamless interconnection with nearby sites enhances resilience, performance and operational efficiency.
Harro Beusker, CEO and Co-Founder, nLighten, said the acquisition strengthens the company’ s position in a critical connectivity hub while enabling dual-site deployments and operational synergies.
Anwar Saliba, Managing Director, nLighten France, said that expanding interconnected capacity in the Paris region supports resilient architectures, data security and digital sovereignty.
Christophe Bronner, Group CFO, oXya, said the transition allows oXya to focus on its core managed cloud services while ensuring continuity and enhanced infrastructure capabilities.
