How has Zutec contributed to Student Roost ’ s efforts towards achieving ISO45001 , and what role does the platform play in supporting their health and safety goals ?
Prior to Zutec we struggled to have this consistency with regards to building documentation , however , this system allows us to hold all the information in one place and has helped demonstrate to those doing our gap analysis how we manage the building safety side of things in a consistent fashion .
With building safety increasingly relying on digital solutions , how do you see platforms like Zutec shaping the future of property management and compliance within the student housing sector ?
I see them as being fundamental in how property management companies will demonstrate compliance . The ease of sharing information with assessors and regulators is key now , and platforms such as this help to achieve that .
Information needs to be shared and updated with ease for speed and clarity to permit people to answer queries and manage risk . Sending huge amounts of information by email is not always possible or efficient . The more systems like this do the job for you and work with other maintenance and asset programmes the easier it will be for all of us . p
