Boldyn Networks strengthens position in Smart City sector with Telepass project for managing off-street urban parking supply , installation and maintenance of approximately 600 beacons – essential tools for the operation of advanced management systems – and will ensure the connectivity required to develop Telepass ’ solution .
The initiative will leverage the synergies offered by 5G networks to enhance connectivity and improve the efficiency of parking systems . This will enable the company to expand its value proposition to the participating municipalities , fostering new opportunities for growth and innovation in the field of smart mobility .
Boldyn Networks , one of the world ’ s largest neutral host providers , has announced its partnership with Telepass to support the development of the 2024 – 2028 Smart City Plan by Europe ’ s leading
mobility payment provider .
The plan will involve 189 urban parking facilities across 95 Italian municipalities . Boldyn Networks will play a key role in the planning ,
The implementation process includes an activation phase for parking facilities , with technical assessments and installations carried out in line with advanced technological standards . This will be followed by careful post-sales management , including merchant training , remote infrastructure monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance .

UK Fire and Rescue Services deploy Motorola Solutions ’ Control Room Solution
UK fire and rescue services ( FRSs ), Hereford and Worcester FRS ,
Shropshire FRS , Cleveland Fire Brigade and Country Durham & Darlington FRS have selected Motorola Solutions to deploy a new Control Room Solution ( CRS ).
This utilises a shared control room platform to allow the four control rooms to work independently as well as operate as a collaborative services hub . conditions , when a control room may need to cover a large amount of incoming 999 calls .
“ The new Control Room Solution will help us to maximise the capabilities of our control room staff and use the latest technology to mobilise and coordinate front-line staff .”
The new solution integrates workflows from initial call taking to dispatch , into an intuitive and unified response system .
It will standardise data and processes and provide control room staff with the ability to more quickly respond to incidents and be able to scale operations and capabilities in times of high demand .
