Kazimierz Dolny is one of the most popular
tourist destinations in Poland, which
attracts tourists primarily with its fantastic
architecture and magnificent views. The

city, therefore, it will be consulted with the
historical conservator at every stage.
It will be the most advanced Smart City
implementation in Poland. The aim of the
cooperation between Kazimierz Dolny and
T‑Mobile is to improve the quality and
accessibility of telecommunications services
in the city, to dedicate solutions directly to its
residents, supporting local administration in
city management and communication with
residents, as well as allowing the city to cope
with increasing traffic.
“The Smart City project in Kazimierz Dolny
is a showcase of the technological and
organisational capabilities of T‑Mobile. We
want to send a clear message to the city
authorities all over Poland that T‑Mobile is a
partner with whom they can build the future of
their communities,” said Andreas Maiehofer.
The investment in Kazimierz Dolny will start
in 2018 to prepare most of the planned
solutions as soon as possible. According
to the adopted schedule, the full range of
services will be tested and commercialised in
the first half of 2019.
As part of the agreement, the following
solutions will be available:
