Data4, a leading European data centre operator, is strengthening its footprint in Poland with the inauguration of a second facility at its Jawczyce campus near Warsaw. The new data centre delivers 10 MW of power capacity and marks the next phase of the company’ s long-term expansion strategy in the country.
The first building on the Jawczyce campus was commissioned in 2023, and this latest launch continues that momentum. To date, Data4 has invested nearly € 200 million in Poland and plans to increase this to approximately € 600 million by 2030, underscoring its commitment to the market.
The campus expansion is being carried out in partnership with Polish suppliers and local stakeholders, supporting regional economic development. Over time, the project is expected to generate around 400 jobs, both directly and indirectly.
Demand for digital infrastructure in Poland is rising rapidly. Internal forecasts suggest national data centre capacity will grow from roughly 300 MW today to about 500 MW by 2030, with more than half – around 300 MW – dedicated to AI-related workloads. As a result, investment in scalable, high-performance infrastructure is becoming critical to maintaining economic competitiveness.
The Jawczyce campus is being developed on a 4-hectare site. Once complete, it will offer up to 60 MW of total capacity and approximately 50,000 m ² of gross floor area, including around 15,000 m ² of net IT space. This second facility represents a significant step forward in advancing Poland’ s digital ecosystem.

Telehouse International Corporation of Europe has opened Telehouse Central, a new administration building at its London Docklands campus, marking a significant milestone in the company’ s continued investment in its UK operations.
Delivered by Flynn, the six-storey, 3,443-square-metre facility brings key operational teams together within one of Europe’ s most connected data centre ecosystems. This consolidation is designed to accelerate response times, improve internal collaboration and enhance the experience for both clients and employees based at the Docklands site.
Telehouse Central integrates building management, security control and the Service Desk into a unified control centre, enabling faster, more streamlined communication during both routine operations and critical incidents. The building offers premium office space, including collaborative work areas, meeting rooms and modern staff welfare amenities. It also provides dedicated meeting spaces for customers and partners, alongside a new cafeteria designed to encourage interaction, wellbeing and informal collaboration.
By centralising delivery support functions, the facility improves coordination, decision-making and overall service quality across the campus. Sustainability has been a core focus of the design, with the building targeting BREEAM Excellent certification and incorporating energy-efficient technologies.
Kenkichi Honda, EMEA Chief Executive and Managing Director, KDDI Europe, said the investment will strengthen the Docklands campus, future-proof operations and reinforce its position as a leading European data centre hub.
