Welcome to issue 10 of Intelligent CIO Europe . This month , we welcome The Priory onto the cover as The Priory Group ’ s IT Director , Clair Dunn , answers some questions about why the health service decided to utilise an Ivanti solution . Adopting a modern IT approach is vital to the success of system operation in today ’ s digital environment and Ivanti ’ s Service Manager solution provided the means for The Priory to deploy this approach . It was therefore able to refresh its IT infrastructure and improve its ticketing system to deliver high-quality IT services , benefiting its customers as well as employees .

Another of our case studies this month focuses on the collaboration between Baloise Insurance as the customer , and SecureLink as the vendor . SecureLink supplied a secure solution to ensure Baloise Insurance was able to keep up with the pace of change in cloud software technology and become an increasingly digital company . The collaboration was an effort to tackle the customer ’ s entire network and thus , improve it .

We also focus on wearables as a topic of discussion in one of our features . The new Charge 3 model enables users to be omniscient when it comes to their health and fitness .
